DSM Care Coordinator

On staff with DSM since 2001, I am a Christian lay leader ministering from the compassion I myself have received from the Lord and His body, the church. I went through the Living Waters program in 1990, in my hometown of San Francisco, CA. It has been a vital part of my life ever since. In my role with DSM I have ministered to men and women on a national, local and individual level.

My ministry to the sexually and relationally broken has come as a result of my own journey away from a gay identity. Though diagnosed with the HIV virus, in 1989, I continue to embrace the fullness of His life. There’s nothing more exciting than to see Christ make the seemingly impossible possible.

My ministry to family and friends has come from a desire to offer hope, knowing how vital it was for me to have my own family and friends believing for me when I couldn’t believe for myself.

I now live in Kansas City, MO with my wife and son. We attend the Vineyard Community Church in Overland Park, KS and are part of the leadership team for the Living Waters program there.
