Daily Duties
Interns are involved in the day-to-day workings of the ministry. This includes reception, data base and general office duties, correspondence and conference administration. The Desert Stream office is open Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm. Each intern's schedule is worked out with the Intern Directors.
The goals of the internship are:
1) Help the intern learn how to deal responsibly with areas of personal brokenness in preparation for release into ministry.
2) Help the intern to discern and deepen their spiritual calling, gifting and leadership skills.
3) Provide experiences and opportunities to equip one to serve the sexually and relationally broken; these range from pastoral ministry to intercessory prayer meetings and ministry administration.
