To begin your online application process you will need to submit a $100.00 non-refundable deposit and complete the initial application. Before you begin the application process please be aware of the following Important Financial Details and Deadlines:

The costs are as follows and include all meals, accommodations and seminar materials:

--Lodge Guest, 4-5 per room..............$775.00 per person
 
--Hotel Guest, 2 per room..............$1025.00 per person
(priority will be given on a first come first serve basis)
Please Note: as of August 1, 2010 there has been a slight price increase for the hotel room.
If your application has been received before this date the previous price still applies.
                  
Most of the rooms are bunk style cabins designed for 4-5 guests with one private bathroom/shower per room. The number of participants sharing a room along with the room style will determine the cost of your registration. Your registration confirmation will include the style of accommodations you will receive. We will accommodate room requests as much as possible and consider them on a first-come, first-serve basis. 
     
The cost of the Training will be broken down into two payments.

1. Application Deposit: $100
2. Balance: $675 -Lodge room OR $925 -Hotel room
 
                       Registration Schedule:

--Application due by September 17, 2010, after this date a $50 late fee is added. 
 
--Acceptance confirmations will be sent by email. Once accepted your remaining balance is due.
  
--Your space is not guaranteed until your balance has been paid.
 
--A $50 fee will be added to those that pay at the door. 
 
--Salt Training is an additional $50 for materials.
                   
--Groups of 4 or more will receive a $25 discount per person off of the balance due.
 
Please do not book your airline flights until after you have received your acceptance confirmation and submitted your balance.

There is a $500.00 cancellation fee for each confirmed registrant who withdraws after September 17, 2010. If we are able to fill your place, the fee will be reduced to $100.00.   
                        
At the end of the training there will be practical training sessions for Living Waters/CrossCurrent and Salt. The program you sign up for indicates which practical sessions you will attend on Thursday. Because the sessions run concurrently, you may only sign up for one. The default is Living Waters/CrossCurrent however if you sign up for Salt, you will also be qualified to lead Living Waters and CrossCurrent.
